		<description>I am so saddened to see the EB5 move forward with no changes. There was all sorts of talk by the Presidential candidates on their campaign trails when speaking to immigrant groups about reforming this visa and making it more accessible. Sadly, it has moved forward with no change. Even more sadly, there is absolutely no accountability or recourse that can be taken in response to these broken promises.</description>
